As the Chef de Cuisine, you will have culinary, leadership, and human resource skills. A key responsibility is to do everything necessary to ensure Soho House's Kitchen Department is operating at maximum efficiency and to Soho House standards. A successful Chef de Cuisine will work alongside the Executive Chef in an operational capacity while also supporting the teams scheduling, labor and development.
