to join our talented kitchen team and help us deliver consistently high standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment Adhere to food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices at all times Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes

What we are looking for

Previous experience as a

Chef de Partie

or strong

Commis Chef

ready to take the next step. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques A real passion for fresh, seasonal food and good presentation. Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight our guests Reliability and flexibility - you'll thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
