RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will have experience working as part of a team to deliver high quality homecooked food to a specification as set by the owner, who has active involvement in the operation and management of the kitchen on a day to day basis.
Primarily working on the Main Line section in our busy kitchen, alongside our existing team of assistant cooks and kitchen porters.
General day to day food preparation, preparing fresh seasonnal dishes to a high standard, cooking and plating during service, keeping a clean and tidy workspace and adhering to FSA regulations, ensuring your section and the kitchen as a whole are compliant with current legislation, general cleaning duties, showcase your passion with input on our daily chef's specials board.
