We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills, work alongside experienced chefs, and contribute to delivering high-quality meals to our valued customers. Duties



Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Assist in meal preparation during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, and grills Monitor food quality and presentation before serving Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures Support the team during inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed

Qualifications



Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or catering environment Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Previous kitchen experience is highly desirable, especially in a fast-paced setting Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent attention to detail in meal presentation and quality control Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
