Summary

We are seeking a dedicated CDP to join our vibrant team in Aviemore, our sister hotel. This role is vital in delivering excellent service and culinary excellence to our guests, embodying the warm Scottish hospitality we are known for.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen. Assist in meal preparation during busy periods. Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service. Follow all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Keep up-to-date with menu changes and culinary trends.

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is essential. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Passion for Scottish cuisine and hospitality. Flexibility to adapt to busy service times. A positive attitude and attention to detail.
