Key Responsibilities

Lead a designated kitchen section as a Chef de Partie, ensuring dishes meet consistently high standards. Manage daily preparation, organisation and workflow within your section. Supervise and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs during prep and service. Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen standards across your area. Monitor dish quality, portion control and presentation throughout service. Support ordering, stock rotation and effective ingredient management. Communicate with Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef to maintain kitchen performance. Contribute ideas to improve dishes, organisation and guest experience.

Person Specification

Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up. Confident running a section in a high-quality kitchen or hospitality environment. Strong cooking skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to supervise and train junior chefs. Organised, calm and professional during service. Ambition to progress towards Sous Chef level.
