About the role:
We're looking for an experienced

Chef de Partie

to join our dynamic

banqueting kitchen brigade

, responsible for producing exceptional dishes for a wide range of high-profile events. From plated fine-dining to buffet service and large-scale delegate catering, you'll take charge of a designated section, ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen to the highest standard.


This role requires a strong command of bulk preparation, consistency under pressure, and the ability to collaborate closely with a large kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver seamless banqueting service at scale.


Key Responsibilities:Lead your section in delivering high-quality dishes for large-volume banqueting events. Support the Head Chef in menu planning, prep schedules, and delivery timelines. Maintain consistency, quality, and portion control across all plated and buffet offerings. Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to execute events with military precision. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards in a high-paced environment. Mentor and train junior chefs, promoting high standards and efficient service. Minimise waste and contribute to sustainable kitchen operations. Adapt to a variety of event formats, client requirements, and last-minute changes.

About You:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in

banqueting, large events, or high-volume kitchens

Confident in delivering

consistency at scale

across plated and buffet formats Able to thrive in

fast-paced environments

and manage multiple deadlines Strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about presentation, flavour, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Sound knowledge of

food safety and allergen compliance
