We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with meal preparation and plating
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food storage procedures
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
