Job Purpose:
The Academy Chef de Partie will be responsible for supporting the Academy Head Chef, Culinary Training Officers and Junior Sous Chef in the Academy kitchen taking responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in particular sections ensuring consistent preparation, quality and presentation.
