Job Description

Station Management: Oversee a specific area , ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready. Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook dishes for their section, focusing on quality and consistency. Supervision & Training: Guide and support Junior chef Hygiene & Safety: Maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to Health & Safety regulations. Inventory & Waste: Monitor portion sizes and control waste to stay within budget. Menu Contribution: Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with new menu ideas and recipes. Cleanliness: Ensure the assigned section is clean and sanitized before and after service.
Essential Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques for their station. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
