Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook dishes for their section, focusing on quality and consistency.
Supervision & Training: Guide and support Junior chef
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
Inventory & Waste: Monitor portion sizes and control waste to stay within budget.
Menu Contribution: Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with new menu ideas and recipes.
Cleanliness: Ensure the assigned section is clean and sanitized before and after service.
Essential Skills & Attributes
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques for their station.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
