We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during busy service periods Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and fryers Ensure all food is stored correctly and rotated appropriately to minimise waste Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service during service hours Follow health and safety procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards Support the overall operation of the kitchen by assisting with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and quality control Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Previous experience with meal preparation, serving, or kitchen operations is desirable but not essential for entry-level candidates
