We are excited to open a brand-new Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant in January 2026. Our vision is to serve authentic, high-quality dishes with a modern touch, using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. We are now looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team ahead of opening and play a key role in our launch.
The Role
As our Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef in a two-person kitchen team, helping to deliver consistent, high-quality food during service. You will take responsibility for your own section and maintain high standards of preparation, presentation, hygiene, and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across your section
Support menu development and follow traditional Turkish/Mediterranean recipes
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and HACCP standards
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Assist with stock checks, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Collaborate smoothly within a small, close-knit kitchen team
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years professional kitchen experience (essential)
Previous experience in Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine (highly desirable)
Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability, professionalism, and passion for great food
Someone ready to start mid-December for training and prep ahead of the January opening

Core working days: Thursday to Sunday each week
