Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a part time basis.

We are a busy independent neighbourhood pub renowned for our excellent craft beer selection, high quality food and warm service.

The role

Delivering consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation Taking responsibility for your section and maintaining excellent organisation and hygiene standards Bringing ideas, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to a fast-paced but supportive environment

About you

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong experience as a Commis looking to step up) A love of good food and strong attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
