Job Summary
We are very proud of our restaurant and open plan kitchen design. The food really is something special. Many of our customers express genuine surprise and admiration for the quality of the preparation, flavours and presentation which create a memorable dining experience in a wonderful setting
We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team in our seafood restaurant who has a passion for using fresh, local ingredients
We serve breakfast, lunch & evening meals and a restaurant quality takeaway service all supplied by our sister company RGM Seafood
Experience working in a busy environment with fresh local produce in a similar level kitchen, with regularly changing menus is preferred
You will be assisting the Sous & Head Chef develop new dishes and menus, as well as running a section within the kitchen
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
