As our next Chef de Partie, you....




Show a passion and creativity for food, ingredients and flavours.


Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision. Be responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.


Are confident in managing, training and passing on your knowledge to the team.


Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.


Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Main responsibilities:



You will be responsible for the application of the basic health and safety regulations, especially the HACCP standards You will set up and prepare all workstation, food preparation and dishes as per the head chef requirement You will ensure a constant follow up on the cleanliness of the kitchen areas You will be involved in any work preparation in front of the guest and play a part in the success of the service You will be involve in the renewal of food and beverage offer You are conscientious about food costs but at the same time ensure that the quality of food produced you will organise your work to meet the objectives set and the fluctuations in workload You will be involve in the order/ delivery process and the control of the quality of the delivery received according to the food safety policy of the hotel You will lead the service during the absence of the head chef

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
