Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate CDP to work alongside our existing culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of culinary techniques & food safety & the desire to learn further.

Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of food preparation and cooking to ensure quality and consistency. Help develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Help the team to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen. Work well with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to health standards.

Experience

Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation techniques and presentation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking and creativity in menu design is essential.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience. Equal share of tips.

Hours: 38-42 per week

Days: 5 days from 7 (2 full days off each week together, maximum of 3 evenings per week & every Sunday evening off.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
