Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist in the organisation and setup of workstations before service Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area throughout shifts Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a busy kitchen environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary principles Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, especially in fast-paced settings Serving experience is beneficial, demonstrating excellent customer service skills

Pay: 23,596.49-32,833.67 per year
