Chef de Partie

Role Overview

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in our catering kitchen, supporting the preparation and delivery of delicious, event-ready food. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid culinary background who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking across multiple event types (weddings, parties, BBQs) Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations Manage your own section during service and ensure consistency Help with event setup and occasionally assist on-site at catering events Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen Valid

Food Hygiene Certificate

Full UK driver's licence

(essential) NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (preferred but not essential) Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules
