Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CDP to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for food preparation and service, ensuring that each dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. As a CDP, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant by maintaining food safety and hygiene standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation. Assist in the organisation of kitchen operations, including food preparation and stock management. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Work positively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a line cook in an a la carte restaurant. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Enthusiasm for learning and professional development Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
