We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic

de Partie

to join our talented kitchen team at The Castle Inn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional eager to contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal menus, focusing on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Ensure consistency, quality, and impeccable presentation in all food preparation tasks. Adhere to the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness. Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and collaborative environment. Support the Head Chef in managing inventory and controlling costs efficiently. Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure cohesive service and a seamless guest experience.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in a kitchen role, preferably with a focus on high-quality cuisine. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to innovate and create exceptional dishes. Good organisational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. A relevant culinary qualification is preferred; however, extensive hands-on experience will be highly valued.
