We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the Claridge's Claridge's Restaurant culinary team.

An elegant homage to the hotel's Art Deco heritage, Claridge's Restaurant is a timeless spot for contemporary culinary craft. Menus are a showcase for seasonal, locally sourced produce, with seasonal flavours unfolding across leisurely lunches and effortlessly elegant evenings.

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:

The preparation and service of food within Claridge's Restaurant. This role will have a focus on breakfast service. Lead and support a team of Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties on your section. Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept well maintained. Appropriate mise-en-place, stock rotation and portion control. Preparing food requisitions where required. Maintain and effective and collaborative relationship with Front of House colleagues.

Successful candidates for our Chef de Partie opportunity will:

Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge's and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service. Have a passion for guest service and quality standards Have experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a fast paced kitchen environment Hotel experience would be beneficial however not essential You will have a passion for food and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
