As a CDP, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our meals are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Attention to detail in meal presentation and quality control. Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is preferred but not essential.
