Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to contribute to our mission of providing top-notch culinary experiences to our clients and customers.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with company standards and recipes
- Ensure food safety protocols are strictly followed throughout the food preparation process
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to assist in meal preparation and service
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development and presentation
- Uphold high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant or culinary environment
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced performance environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
