Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment Follow food safety and hygiene regulations diligently Assist in the organisation of ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service during meal service Monitor stock levels and notify management of any shortages or issues Adhere to all health and safety guidelines at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures Experience with meal preparation across various cuisines is advantageous Serving experience is beneficial but not essential; a willingness to learn is important Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
