We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities



Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during busy service hours Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and fryers Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold hygiene standards Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure continuous workflow

Requirements



Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary skills Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment is desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required A genuine passion for food service and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.75-13.75 per hour
