We are looking to hire a competent chef de partie to join our brigade of chefs in our privately owned fresh food establishment with the right candidate receiving an excellent rate of pay
Must be able to run a section and oversee junior members of staff on section
Minimum 2 years kitchen fresh food experience required with 1 year at CDP level
No split shifts! Unless they fit your lifestyle, we serve food all day so straights are the norm.
Responsibilities
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality meals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items and special dishes.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff and provide guidance on culinary techniques.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure timely service and presentation of meals to enhance guest satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 29,000.00-33,000.00 per year
