As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, contributing to the preparation of high-quality dishes, and supporting the overall kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation and Cooking:
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, ensuring quality and consistency in every plate.
Station Management:
Oversee and manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently during service.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other team members to maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Menu Development:
Contribute ideas to menu creation and innovation, bringing your creativity and expertise to the table.
Stock Control:
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and minimizing waste.
Kitchen Hygiene:
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Training and Support:
Mentor and guide junior kitchen staff, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop their skills.
Adaptability:
Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, ensuring smooth operations during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-quality kitchen.
A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
