We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Chef de Partie
to become a key part of our dynamic team.

The Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will take full ownership of a section in our busy kitchen. You'll be essential in delivering every plate to our high standard, working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in a dedicated brunch service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Confidently manage and run your section during busy services.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Assist with stock control and ordering.
Support and guide junior members of the team.
Work collaboratively with the entire kitchen brigade for a smooth service.
About You (What We're Looking For):
Proven experience as a
Chef de Partie
or a strong
Demi Chef de Partie
ready to step up.
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen -
brunch or all-day dining is a plus!
A genuine passion for fresh produce, seasonality, and creating excellent food.
Organised, with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
A positive team player with great communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends is required, but you will have every evening to yourself.

Experience
Previous experience in food preparation or as a kitchen assistant is preferred
Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary practices
Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting
Serving experience is beneficial but not essential; willingness to learn is important

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
