At Divino Enoteca we are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist the kitchen team in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and supporting a team of culinary professionals. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in food production and a desire to contribute to an exceptional dining experience.
Working Wednesday - Sunday with evening service and a full day on a Saturday with a 4-5 day week rota.
Duties
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Support kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising waste.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout all food preparation areas.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
