Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and reliable

Chef de Partie (CDP)

to join our kitchen. As CDP, you'll take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen--hot, cold, or pass--delivering consistently high-quality dishes in line with our standards. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you'll help ensure smooth service, support junior team members, and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for a designated kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to standard. Deliver food promptly and efficiently during service, maintaining consistency in taste, temperature, and appearance. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in your section, following all food hygiene and safety regulations. Support the training and mentoring of junior staff, ensuring they follow kitchen processes and procedures. Manage section stock levels: conduct inventory checks, rotate stock, and reduce waste. Contribute to new dishes and daily specials as directed by the Head or Sous Chef. Attend kitchen briefings and contribute ideas to enhance kitchen operations and menus.
