You will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Assist in the daily preparation of food items, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
