The Role...

We are seeking an experienced

Chef de Partie

to join our West London team at

Electric House (W11 2ED

)

. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards.

Main duties..

.


Set up and prepare the designated kitchen station ahead of service. Cook and plate dishes to specification, maintaining high presentation standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as marinating, chopping, and precooking. Ensure all ingredients and equipment are ready and organised (mis en place). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation throughout service. Support with deep cleaning duties at the end of service. Wrap, label, and store ingredients correctly in line with food safety standards. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations consistently.

What we are looking for...

1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for food and beverage Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
