The Position

You will be working with our talented Head Chefs and Adam Byatt (Chef Director), Andrew Sawyer (Executive Chef) and also Fernando Moraga (Head Chef) who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team.

You will be a perfectionist, passionate about high-end food and wine, and well-versed in techniques and ideas from international cuisines. Alongside your exceptional culinary skills, taste and technique, you will be capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy hotel kitchen \xe2\x80\x94 bringing comparable experience in a luxury dining environment.
