We're on the lookout for a

talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie

to join our passionate kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a supportive, creative, and forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running your section efficiently during service with consistency, attention to detail, and a pride in every plate. Supporting senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations. Preparing fresh, seasonal ingredients to a high standard. Assisting in stock rotation and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Learning and developing your culinary skills as part of a professional, motivated team.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role within a fresh food kitchen. A passion for quality, flavour, and presentation. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. A team player who thrives under pressure and is keen to grow and develop. A commitment to maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards.
