Chef de Partie role in modern local The Artful Duke in Bromley - BR1 1HE
You'll be a key part of our back of house team at our independent, inviting modern local The Artful Duke in Bromley.

• Competitive 312.21 - 313.25 per hour (experience related)

• Additional tronc/service payments taking earnings to region of OTE up to 314.25 ph

In front of the arch, join us for dining & drinks in a cosy yet modern pub environment. Where we serve elevated comfort food featuring delicious small and main plates.
Behind the arch, things get a little livelier with huge screens for perfect sports viewing, weekly live music, DJ & a Sunday quiz.
Outside terrace: There's generous outdoor seating for our guests to enjoy.

About You
Experience in a similar position preferred or if you are ready to make the step up into a Chef de Partie role, we'd love to hear from you.
Throw in your passion for fresh produce, consistent, flavoursome food, ability to communicate clearly in English, good organisational skills, knowledge of H & S, strong work ethic and you'll have us at hello!
Our Chef de Partie will support the Head Chef in the delivery of Livelyhoods fresh food offering that has our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.
