We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to specified recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
Assist with meal preparation during busy periods, supporting other kitchen staff as needed
Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or expired items
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality meals consistently
Assist in plating and garnishing dishes before serving
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is essential, training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices
Experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Enthusiasm for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills
