Contract Type: Permanent

Our client's campus is more than a workplace; it's an urban playground where creativity, community, and innovation come together.

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional food experiences that reflect our values of diversity, inclusion, and excellence.

Reporting to the Deputy Food Architect, you'll confidently take the lead in any section of the kitchen, delivering exciting and inspirational food with every plate.

Your passion for culinary trends, showmanship, and commitment to high-quality service will elevate the dining experience for all guests and colleagues.

We're looking for someone who is not only skilled in the kitchen but also thoughtful, enthusiastic, and eager to be part of something unique.

Key Responsibilities

Support the senior team in delivering the Campus food strategy and driving a 'One Team' culture. Lead your section to ensure high standards of food and drink quality, consistency, and presentation. Collaborate with other teams (e.g. Curated Experience) to deliver engaging events and experiences. Maintain full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards - be audit-ready at all times. Engage with customers and provide feedback to continuously improve service and satisfaction. Attend daily briefings and actively contribute to operational changes, service improvements, and events. Promote a safety-first mindset, keeping all colleagues, clients, and visitors safe while on-site.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

SCQF Level 6 or equivalent professional cookery qualification. Proven ability to work competently across all kitchen sections, including butchery, fish prep, patisserie, and main kitchen. Experience in large-scale, high-end catering or fast-casual food service. Strong IT skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
