Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during busy service periods Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations Ensure all ingredients are stored correctly and stock levels are monitored Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of food and equipment Support the team in serving dishes efficiently during peak hours

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting Good organisational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering excellent customer service
