Overview:
We are seeking a Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment under our Head Chef.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Reliable
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
