We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Parties to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the meal preparation process, ensuring that our dishes are not only delicious but also presented beautifully.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the daily meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation standards for all dishes served.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a pub/restaurant setting. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for hygiene in the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests. Pay: From 12.50 per hour
