We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and work as chef de partie.
We pride ourselves in making all of our dishes in house from scratch, so this would be a great opportunity for those who wish to hone their skills and develop their career in cooking.
Applicants should have previous kitchen experience.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with meal preparation and plating
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Assist in training new/inexperienced staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
