Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored Maintain very high standards of cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation Ensure all food is presented attractively and served promptly to customers Support team members during busy service periods, fostering a collaborative working environment Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of food and equipment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a high standard kitchen environment is essential; further training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Strong understanding of meal preparation and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Good organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings as required
