Summary
We are seeking a talented individual for the role of Chef De Partie at our Hertford location. This position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that align with our mission of outstanding customer service and workplace positivity.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with team members to create innovative menu items.
Assist in meal preparation and presentation for service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Provide excellent service to guests by ensuring timely meal delivery.
Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential.
