We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards. As a Chef De Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest quality, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen environment. You will work a variety of shift patterns including morning, afternoon/evenings and splits.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
