Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced gastro pub environment. Duties

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and standards Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during busy service hours Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils and equipment Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Monitor stock levels and notify management of supplies needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Ensure all food is presented attractively and served promptly to guests Support other kitchen staff as required during service shifts

Requirements

experience at CDP or jr sous level prepfered Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary practices Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings A genuine passion for food and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
