At Hunters Bar & Kitchen, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations and a keen interest in food preparation. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during service.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly after use.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
