A botanical hideaway in the heart of the city centre, The Brunch & Cocktail Club is a Liverpool institution.
We're the first venue in the ever expanding Rebel Restaurants Group, along with our sister venue Emily's (Formby, Liverpool) and Penelope's in Southport.
We are a growing company that is looking to welcome a new member that wish to develop and further their careers in the hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with private catering events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
