We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in a busy restaurant is advantageous but not essential
What we offer:
14.50 Per hour
Tronc scheme (on average an additional 4 per hour worked)
