Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Ensure all meals are prepared efficiently to meet service times Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Follow health and safety guidelines diligently, including proper handling of food and equipment Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

Experience

Previous experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is essential Experience in meal preparation and cooking across various cuisines is preferred Familiarity with restaurant service procedures and customer interaction is advantageous Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
