is a boutique family operated business, with newly refurbished guest rooms, an excellent restaurant, and a well-stocked bar. It is located in the City Centre and provides easy access to all of Liverpool's historic attractions.

We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie at the

Sir Thomas Hotel, Liverpool

, who has experience of the hospitality industry.

The Chef De Partie is responsible for supporting the Head Chef in a busy Hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food. The Chef de Partie will ensure high standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation of food, and will keep up to date with new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.

Some responsibilities include:

Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Head Chef to meet set standards and quality. Estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of food products to ensure that standards are met. Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality. Contribute to high levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis. Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards. Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Skills / Experience:

Experience in running special events, taking all Health and Safety considerations into account. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
